The salon is run by a system created by the company called strategies. It is based on retention numbers, productivity numbers as well as team participation. Because of this we create an atmosphere of ultimate customer service, where pay is based on all of the above. This is called a team-based pay.
Team-base pay means - no commission, no tipping. Salon team members are paid hourly, and evaluated regularly based on numbers and goals. Profit sharing is earned when these numbers and goals are reached.
The salon functions with a Salon Manager, Aveda advisor, service providers, (estheticians, hairdressers, nail techs) and associates. We interview regularly, and hire when needed.
