Trish Grzela, Owner
When Trish opened in Marblehead in 1993, radiance became one of only a handful of AVEDA salons on the North Shore. Trish’s love affair with all that is AVEDA began in 1988 and has remained strong and steady all these years. She is AVEDA trained in aromatherapy, color, cuts, aesthetics and make-up.

Pontip (Tip) Saelim, General Manager
Tip is the go-to woman for radiance. The team goes to Tip for paychecks, vacation time, computer troubles, party-planning, customer relations, team venting, and good laughs. Tip is from Iowa with roots in Loas. She's tri-lingual, beautiful, generous, sophisticated and smart. VERY smart! Tip's demeanor is calm. Very calm. Must be her Buddist mindfulness - she never gets ruffled, no matter how many ruffled feathers fly. That's why Team radiance is proud (and very lucky) to have her at the helm.  

Andrea Dean, Master Stylist
The first Team radiance member, Andrea has been working with Trish since 1996. The salon rock star, Andrea’s guests book months in advance.  

Renee Mustin, Master Stylist
Renee’s career with AVEDA began in NYC in 2001 where she served as a Retail Advisor. Wanting to kick it up a notch, she went on to graduate from the AVEDA Institute 2003. Renee worked in the oh-so-hip environs of Soho until decamping to Boston in 2005, where she worked at Athena. Renee joined Team radiance in 2010. She’s terrific! Try her, while there’s still some room in her book!

Sin Preas, Advanced Senior Stylist
A 2004 graduate of Blaine Institute, Sin did some time on Newbury Street and joined our radiance in 2006. Sin’s sculpted cuts are the best!  

Odelee Tema, Esthetician, Stylist
A 2008 graduate of Lynn Vocational High School, Odelee joined the team as a hair assistant and proceeded to study for her esthetics license. She practices hair and esthetics in both Salem and Marblehead. Just as sweet as her name, Odelee is joy to be around!  

Allyson Myette, Assistant
A 2011 graduate of Empire Beauty School in Boston Allyson worked briefly on Newbury Street before deciding to stay closer to her native Swampscott. She is off to a terrific start – we are delighted she joined our team.

Bianca Alvarez, Support Staff
Currently an International Business major at Salem State College, Bianca covers the front desk in Salem. Fast and efficient, Bianca knows all aspects of radiance - from product to service to scheduling.  

Lae Phoutsakanh, Assistant Manager
Pronounced “La,” as in tra-la-la, which is how she how juggles all her duties – with ease and grace. A Business Administration graduate of Marian Court College, Lae joined our team in 2009. She has her hand on the pulse of the shop at all times; the books, the inventory, the team, and, most importantly, the guests. Lae is both efficient and easygoing, a perfect balance!  

Jenn Marrama, Senior Stylist
Although Jenn just joined the team, she has six years of styling experience under her belt having worked at Backstage Salon & Spa in Rowley. Her wash/blowouts are outrageous and we are thrilled to have her! Her book is filling up fast so schedule an appointment soon and find out why.  

Samantha Samuels, Master Stylist
Sam joined us as an assistant after graduating from Blaine Institute, in 2004. Sam is the only team member that felt the need to test other waters. Lucky for us, and our guests, she came back to the fold in 2007 and has never looked back!  

Kori Grzela, Senior Stylist
Kori Grzela, Senior Stylist:  Want funky bangs? Rainbow hair?  Or classic smooth & silky?  A 2006 graduate of the Aveda Institute in Ohio, Kori will catch your beat, be it Joan Jett or Frank Sinatra!

Paula Callanan, Stylist
A 2010 graduate of North Shore Tech, Paula has rapidly surpassed her original position as Assistant and is filling her book with colors and cuts. Her enthusiasm and attention to detail has shot her right up the learning curve!  

Dessiree Gonzalez, Junior Stylist
As a graduate of Mass College of Art & Design (Photography) and Empire Hair School (2011), Dessiree is a terrific addition to our team. Her passion and inspiration is color. Kelly Silva, Esthetician
A 2005 graduate of the Catherine Hinds Institute, Kelly has wowed her guests with her magic touch. She doesn’t dilly dally with the waxing; quick and painless, with precision results!  

Laura Tamagno, Marketing Advisor
A loyal guest since 2003, Laura joined our team in 2008. In addition to her basic salon duties, she handles the marketing aspect of radiance - creating ads, promotions and special events.
